See the Panda's and the Buddha

Visit the famous Panda Reserve in Chengdu located just 10km (6miles) away from downtown Chengdu, the Chengdu Panda Breeding Research Centre has been created and imitated the pandas' natural habitat in order that they might have the best possible environment for rearing and breeding. The Centre cares also for other rare and endangered wild animals. Then travel to Leshan to see the remarkable Grand Buddha, the world’s largest stone-carved Buddhist statue. The Buddha has been stone-carved into the side of Lingyun Mountain, which began in 713AD and was completed in 803AD.
Day 1 : Arrive Chengdu
Transfer from Chengdu Airport to your hotel.
Day 2 : Chengdu – Leshan – Chengdu
Visit the famous Panda Reserve to see these adorable animals being reared in wooded surroundings reminiscent of their natural habitat. Later, travel to Leshan to visit the remarkable Grand Buddha, the world’s largest stone-carved Buddhist statue. Take a short boat trip to view the statue. The Buddha has been stonecarved into the side of Lingyun Mountain, which began in 713AD and was completed in 803AD. Return to Chengdu later in the day. (B,L)
Day 3 : Depart Chengdu
Transfer to Chengdu Airport for your onward flight. (B)
