China's Commercial Captial

3 days from £290

Shanghai Short Stay

China’s 'commercial capital' is located at the mouth of the Yangtze River and is famous for its bustling metropolitan atmosphere and rich cultural and historical past. The Bund offers a living exhibition of the architecture of the past that contrasts with 'New' Shanghai and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. Admire the city by water with a cruise on the Huangpu River, visit the many museums and stroll through the Old Town. We also suggest a two night stay and adding on the garden city of Suzhou and the imperial capital of Hangzhou which are nearby.
