Nicknamed for its honey-coloured sandstone walls, the city was once a trading hub – the riches brought in from Afghanistan and Central Asia were used to build extravagant palaces and havelis. This evening visit Sunset Point.

    Day 6: Jaisalmer Fort

    Spend the morning amongst the magnificence of Jaisalmer's 12th century fort, one of the largest forts in the world. Later, travel to the Sam Sand Dunes where you can ride a camel through the desert and view the sunset.
