To help you book with confidence we’re happy to offer some of the most flexible booking conditions around.
Price match promise: tours must be the same duration and date, following the same itinerary with the same inclusions and standard of accommodation. Flight inclusive bookings must also be based on the same airline and air routing. Should the same tour be available at a lower price with a competitor we will refund the price difference and offer a £200 per person credit towards a future booking. Tailormade holidays and Special Group holidays excluded. Our Price Match promise applies if you find the same holiday at a lower price within one month of booking your tour with us.
*100% no surcharge promise: applies on all Wendy Wu Tours after your booking has been confirmed. You will not be asked to pay surcharges of any kind, except due to force majeure. The price of tours booked more than 11 months in advance on unconfirmed flight rates may be adjusted, in which case you may cancel your booking with full refund or transfer your booking on request.
Never knowingly undersold: we will match the price of any Wendy Wu tour being sold at a lower price than available on our website, based on currently available quotes and subject to the other quote being accurate and correct with flight details on live availability searches. Evidence in writing of the lower quote will be required. We cannot match prices based on misquote errors. Claims must be notified at time of purchase or within 24 hours.
Flexible Booking Guarantee Terms and Conditions
A reduced booking deposit of £99 per person (€99 per person in Ireland) applies on group tour and private tour bookings confirmed between 03 March 2020 and 31 December 2020. The reduced deposit offer is valid for all departure dates and applies on Flight Inclusive or Land Only bookings. As per booking conditions, in some cases the deposit amount may be higher, for example where flights or other services need to be pre-purchased or where early flight ticketing is required. Extra pre-payments will be explained during the booking process. The offer can be combined with other offers and promotions, including Loyalty Discounts. The offer applies on new bookings only and is subject to availability. Wendy Wu Tours reserve the right to change or withdraw this offer.
