When you’ve paid, you’ve paid! As soon as we confirm your booking you can relax knowing the holiday price won’t increase. Unlike many of our competitors we guarantee you won’t have to pay extra for fuel increases, currency fluctuations or other surcharges.*

3. We won't be Beaten on Price

If you find a Wendy Wu tours being sold elsewhere for less than that showing currently on our website, let us know and we’ll match the price you’ve been quoted.*

Terms & Conditions

*Price match promise: tours must be the same duration and date, following the same itinerary with the same inclusions and standard of accommodation. Flight inclusive bookings must also be based on the same airline and air routing. Should the same tour be available at a lower price with a competitor we will refund the price difference and offer a £200 per person credit towards a future booking. Tailormade holidays and Special Group holidays excluded. Our Price Match promise applies if you find the same holiday at a lower price within one month of booking your tour with us.

*100% no surcharge promise: applies on all Wendy Wu Tours after your booking has been confirmed. You will not be asked to pay surcharges of any kind, except due to force majeure. The price of tours booked more than 11 months in advance on unconfirmed flight rates may be adjusted, in which case you may cancel your booking with full refund or transfer your booking on request.

*We Won't be Beaten on Price: we will match the price of any Wendy Wu tour being sold at a lower price than available on our website, based on currently available quotes and subject to the other quote being accurate and correct with flight details on live availability searches. Evidence in writing of the lower quote will be required. Please note we cannot match prices based on misquote errors.
