This was our first tour and we were extremely impressed by the organisation and the standards. The size of our group (19) was not overwhelming and allowed us to get to know our fellow travellers well. Our guide Jason was absolutely outstanding at his job. He was caring and knowledgeable with a good sense of humour, which added to the experience. 

Booked the Wonders of Indonesia tour with Singapore extension yesterday and received exemplary Customer Service from Cheryl. We’d initially received a quote from Stephen a week or so earlier who’d been equally as friendly, helpful and efficient. Once we decided to go ahead with the booking Cheryl couldn’t have been more helpful and customer focused. She went out of her way to explain and ensure we were content with all aspects of the trip including arranging an earlier flight home from Singapore to Heathrow which would allow more time for us to travel back to Liverpool the same day rather than the possibility of having to arrange overnight accommodation in London etc. which was very much appreciated.

Wendy Wu Tours provides a really good service. I found the whole process of booking by phone easy after getting the advice I needed from the helpful consultant.

The consultant Ms Arti can improve her telephone manner. She kept saying how busy she was and refused to resend the quote to us again.
I think there should be more staff to take the pressure of her so that she can be less abrupt.

On the plus side the consultant that I had the most dealings with was very helpful and patient with my indecisiveness!
On the downside I think I was misled by a different consultant as to which airline was operating the business class offer. Also disappointed by Wendy Woo no longer offering early ticketing to enable pre booking of seats.

It's expensive but worth it! All meals, flights, excursions are included although there are optional add-ons also.

Everything about that holiday was faultless. From the itinery to the accommodation to the food.
