The booking experience was ok - some confusion about confirming the booking and with the Visa processing. The estimate of how much spending money you'll need is meaningless - it doesn't breakdown what it would be for and depends on how much of a buyer of local produce you are likely to be

The time given and knowledge about the tours on offer is made very personal to each enquiry ensuring that each booking is well within what each holiday maker is expecting and often far more.

The way the trip was organised was first class in every way and I would certainly recommend Wendy Wu to my friends.

Good tour, hotels and national / local guides. Trip did involve some long days travelling and some of the meals could have been better.
Also there were a couple of days with poor "fill in" destinations prob to tie in with mid afternoon hotel room availability. People would have preferred to have free time in Saigon.
All said, most people on trip enjoyed and would take a WWT escorted holiday again.

Product :

Food in Cambodia better, pos less to see there hence only effectively a couple of days visiting sites but all quite close to hotel so not so much time in buses.

The whole experience in Vietnam and Cambodia was brilliant. The natiobal guides were first class. This was our second tour with Wendy Wu andcwe would be happy to use them again.

Tour guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help.

Good itinerary although some long drives on poor roads to see very little. Sihanoukville is a building site and lots of noise by the hotel so not the relaxing beautiful beach day expected although I appreciate Wendy wu have no control over this

The tour was very well organised, the hotels were excellent and the food was very good.
We had an amazing tour guide, Vuttha, who had a fantastic knowledge of the country and made sure that we were able to enjoy every aspect of the tour. He was supported by a brilliant driver who transported us to all parts of the country in a very safe manner.
The tour provided a great balance of the major tourist sites together with the chance to see local people running their businesses and glimpsing how they lived.
We we joined by a brilliant group of 13 other travellers who were great company and added massively to the enjoyment of the tour.
