Explore South Vietnam

Combine a trip to one of South East Asia's largest (and busiest) cities with the relaxed and varied way of life along the Mekong Delta. There is also time to experience a taste of Vietnamese history when you visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels that where used during the Vietnam War.
Day 1 : Arrive Saigon
Transfer from the Saigon Airport to your hotel.
Day 2 : Saigon
Saigon is Vietnam’s largest and busiest city. Enjoy a half day city tour around Saigon visiting the former Presidential Palace, the War Remnants Museum, Cholon (the Chinatown of Saigon), the beautiful Thien Hau Pagoda and Binh Tay markets for some shopping. (B,L)
Day 3 : Mekong Delta day tour
Travel by coach to My Tho and explore the Mekong Delta, also known as the ‘Rice Basket’ of Vietnam as it is covered with rice paddies and fruit plantations. Enjoy a cruise on the Mekong River visiting various local floating markets, villages, home industries and plantations. (B,L)
Day 4 : Cu Chi Tunnels & Tay Ninh day tour
Visit the famous tunnel system at Cu Chi and then drive to Tay Ninh to attend the noon service at the Cao Dai Temple, which is one of the most striking structures in Asia. (B,L)
Day 5 : Depart Saigon
Transfer to Saigon Airport for your onward flight. (B)
