This was our first tour and we were extremely impressed by the organisation and the standards. The size of our group (19) was not overwhelming and allowed us to get to know our fellow travellers well. Our guide Jason was absolutely outstanding at his job. He was caring and knowledgeable with a good sense of humour, which added to the experience. 

The booking process was excellent. We booked our trip at the Destinations travel show and despite the stand being busy our adviser Keith was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We were able to book the whole trip, including flights upgrades and options all in one visit.
We have subsequently received email confirmation which matches exactly what we understood we had booked.
Hopefully the holiday itself will be as good as the services we have received up until now.

This was to book a trip to Indonesia in September.
The customer service operative was friendly and helpful, and drew my attention to a cheaper departure date, which I gratefully accepted.
She was very helpful throghout the subsequent booking procedure and offered to reserve my preferred seats on the four long-haul and local flights for me.
At the completion of the booking process, she promptly sent me the relevant documentation.

The price charged for the first extra nights accommodation in Vientiane was incredibly inflated. Nearly all meals were in "tourists only" restaurants with repetitive meals which did not reflect the country's cuisine which was very disappointing. The program should have more diverse activities and not so many temples. Eg the elephant orphanage in Cambodia should be included. Guides were very good. Mr Mao the driver in Cambodia was extremely good.

Easy to navigate website. I managed without any difficulties to book tour to Kyrgyzstan for the end of August. Could choose flying either economy or business class. As price was very good I chose business class as it a long flight.

This was a very busy tour and we packed a lot into two weeks. The tour was really well organised and went without a hitch. The guide Lathif was excellent and very knowledgeable. This was our first trip with Wendy Wo and we will certainly be doing another one soon.

Booked a holiday at this year's Destination show. The stand was very busy but was able to speak to a consultant in a short space of time who was very helpful, not pushy and was able to help us get the best deal with discounts and flight. There was slight issue with what was promised at the show but this was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.

This was a fantastic trip from the moment we stepped off the plane. Kumar, our national guide, was 100% committed to ensuring that every moment of our adventure brought knowledge and depth of understanding of his country and culture and provided us with so many new experiences. He never seemed to be off duty and frequently checked back with us that the tour was going ok. He steered us through the chaos of Indian stations and was very reassuring and comprehensive in ensuring that we knew the detail for daily plans Although, at times there was a lot of travelling, this only enhanced our discoveries. Some have previously complained that the road journeys are boring and uncomfortable. Certainly the highways can be a bit monotonous and bumpy, but this does provide an opportunity to catch one's breath and reflect on our adventure. Once off the highways the journeys provided an opportunity to have a glimpse of the daily way of life in the countryside, away from the cities. The local guides were also excellent providing so much information, often with a sense of humour. We returned home wanting to explore India further and on the basis of this tour we will definitely be using Wendy Wu! My only criticism is that there is too much food provided which often seemed wasteful when there is so much poverty evident in this country
