Our Tour: average

The hotel in Udaipur had cockroaches in my bathroom and the hotel did not spray for them as requested plus untreated previous leak damage in room and bathroom ceiling. The room in Mumbai also very sub standard with building work being carried out ? directly above my room - masonry drill, hammers etc. 4 requests to management which promised to stop the day time noise were not complied with - I had to leave my room in the end. Worst view - mess of blue plastic sheeting, rocks, timber covering roof right outside my room.
Tour guide and driver very good but a lot of tour visits were very rushed, and fewer visits would be better, suggest cutting out visit to antiques warehouse and unimpressive farm.
Ranthambore NP was an excellent inclusion.
Indian pollution was horrendous and driving times not sufficiently clear at early and middle stages of booking trip.
Much of the itinerary was good.
Food was ok but pretty monotonous and I've had better food at Indian restaurants and homes in UK.

We were looked after from first landing to departure. The tour was well organised with excellent food and accommodation. The guides were knowledgeable, professional and dealt with any issues quickly.
