Extraordinary tours by the Award-Winning Tour Specialist
Please do not send any visa paperwork or passports to our UK office.
All embassy appointments have been cancelled until further notice and our UK office is currently closed in line with the Government Coronavirus advice.
All British Citizens require a full passport for all holidays with Wendy Wu Tours and this should be valid for at least six months after the date of your scheduled return home. If you are not a British Citizen, other regulations may apply to you and you should check with the nearest embassy of the country you intend to visit.
Please note that for certain trips, we will require your passport details prior to accepting your booking. Furthermore, if you renew your passport after you have booked, it is important you advise us of the new details as soon as possible and you may be required to take your old passport with you to maintain the validity of the trip.
Any country that is not listed above such as Japan, visitors do not require a visa.
Wendy Wu Tours does not guarantee that you will be issued a visa for your holiday as each passenger has different personal circumstances, the decision to approve a visa is down to the relevant Embassy. Wendy Wu Tours acts as a third party with no influence on the visa decision.
The relevant Embassy or Consulate has the right to request the applicant to provide additional supporting documents or to come to the Embassy or the Consulate for an interview. In the event you are asked to attend an interview, we will notify you immediately with the times and the dates.
If you wish, you can organise your own visa. If so, please let us know.
