Wonderful holiday overall, great experiences, just minor irritations that did not substantially impact on the holiday. Great guide, superb driver and fabulous group of people.One or two hotels could have been a little better and the itinerary was a little fluid at times; it was full on and quite exhausting occasionally but in the scheme of things it was inevitable.I had a great time.

Overall a brilliant holiday, more information on the itinerary should have been given beforehand some very long bus days advertised as 5hours turned out as 11 hours. A very tiring holiday but worth it. Coffee and toilet breaks could have been better planned. Sometimes 1 toilet for 24 people. Still loved the holiday. Thank You

Travelling by coach is a great way to see the country and we spent a lot of time on the coach but one day we were on the go for 11 hours and quite tiring for a number of fellow travellers. The scenery in the western Ghats was outstanding and the cruise on the Houseboat was very relaxing.

At times the tour was very frantic but overall well managed.

Too many sites in the period given I understand that the tour is shorter but the itinerary is the same...

Service at most hotels was poor. They appear to be 3/4 star in appearance but food in the restaurants was often cool or cold, it was hard work to attract a waiter to get a drink, staff on check out were prepared to keep a client waiting 15 minutes to check minibar etc. This is a management problem as staff were generally willing

Product :

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Bus could have been better on long leg Bangalore to Cochin. Ramesh the national guide was incredible as he did all the guiding (no local guides). Why did three of our hotels not serve alcohol?Although most western tourists do not need it we are on holiday and would like to have the choice to have a drink with our evening meal. There were alternatives available in the places concerned. Notwithstanding this, still a wonderful trip.

in relation to alcohol not being available at 3 of your hotels in Munnar,cochin and Kumarkom, all of these hotels have no alcohol policies in effect. alcohol will be available in the local area outside the Hotel.
