We understand that these can be uncertain and fast changing times so we are happy to offer a free amendment to your tour for any reason.

Terms & Conditions

Price match promise: tours must be the same duration and date, following the same itinerary with the same inclusions and standard of accommodation. Flight inclusive bookings must also be based on the same airline and air routing. Should the same tour be available at a lower price with a competitor we will refund the price difference and offer a £200 per person credit towards a future booking. Tailormade holidays and Special Group holidays excluded. Our Price Match promise applies if you find the same holiday at a lower price within one month of booking your tour with us.

*100% no surcharge promise: applies on all Wendy Wu Tours after your booking has been confirmed. You will not be asked to pay surcharges of any kind, except due to force majeure. The price of tours booked more than 11 months in advance on unconfirmed flight rates may be adjusted, in which case you may cancel your booking with full refund or transfer your booking on request.

We Won't be Beaten on Price: we will match the price of any Wendy Wu tour being sold at a lower price than available on our website, based on currently available quotes and subject to the other quote being accurate and correct with flight details on live availability searches. Evidence in writing of the lower quote will be required. We cannot match prices based on misquote errors. Claims must be notified at time of purchase or within 24 hours.

Flexible Booking Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Free travel date amendment available up to 10 weeks before departure on any 2022, 2023 or 2024 group or private tour departure booked after 7 June 2021. Note that some pre-paid flights may be excluded from this offer: this will be explained during the booking process. The Flexible Booking offer can usually with other offers, subject to those offers’ Terms & Conditions. The offer is subject to availability and Wendy Wu Tours reserve the right to change or withdraw the offer.
