Didn't come through with the holiday I'd booked and paid for!
Holiday cancelled after I'd paid the balance due. An experience I don't want to go through again. And to top it all I'm getting emails from Wendy Wu every few hours asking me to tell everyone how much I enjoyed my holiday. That's perverse!
