Service rating :

Saw an awful lot of the country and met a lot of lovely people, but the daily itinerary was too gruelling.
Our guide Coung was great but 6am alarm calls and back at the hotel after dinner virtually everyday was far to intense.

Product :

Could have had far better coaches as only the first one was luxury. Others were cramped and dirty.
The rooms at the Palm beach resort and spa at Hoi An were dark and in need of refurbishment.

The initial organisation was great and the tour itself was excellent. The organisation immediately prior to the trip was poor and appeared disorganised. The trip itself was well organised and the tour guide was excellent. There was a little too much to do during the trip, there was very little "me time" to wander or to dine out. However, if I had not been on the trip there would have been so many wonderful parts of Vietnam I would not have seen
