Excellent itinerary, good hotels, exciting attractions, great flights and top notch back up from the Customer Support Team. Despite the virus, they kept us on the road and just got back in time unscathed.

We really enjoyed the itinery and variety.
The only negative is that the UK office had not informed Vietnam of our revised flight arrival time and so we were not met at Hanoi.
The emergency number worked however tosort it within about 40 mins
Our guide Thanh was exemplory.

Our recent holiday to Vietnam was the second holiday we've had from Wendy Wu Tours. It was a three centre holiday with three guides. The guides were excellent - very reliable and knowledgeable, and the level of organisation was impressive. To be honest, we arrived in Vietnam with barely a clue about the itinerary; our guides were well-prepared and were able to give us all the information we needed. We were chauffeured everywhere - our guides and vehicles just seemed to magically appear when we needed them. The itinerary was interesting and varied without ever becoming excessive. Even with a varied itinerary, we were able to completely relax because everything was organised for us. All in all, a great holiday

All flights, hotels, transport, tour guides, entry tickets and most meals were included in the cost of the holiday. We felt that we'd got excellent value for money, and not having to worry about any of the organisational details of the holiday made the holiday so relaxing. It really was worth every penny!

Location of two hotels not very good( Hanoi and Saigon.)
Cambodia add on was excellent. Guide in Cambodia outstanding, but guide in Vietnam needs to improve his English as a national ******.

The tour was sometimes a bit rushed. The water puppet show could be dropped and then free time could be given in Hanoi as we didn't have any free time there at all.

The guide was great, really knowledgeable and looked after us very well. Even in his free time when the day was finished he was willing to take us to places and constantly making sure we was ok and felt safe at any time.
Service in all the restaurants were great minus one in Saigon the rooftop restaurant near diamond plaza service was extremely slow and took so long for us to get a drink.

Amazing, got to see so much a true once in a lifetime trip. Loved the cruise boat for halong bay so modern and luxury to a surprise when we researched junk boats. All hotels were spot on and the trips were out of this world. Early early starts around 5.30am was a bit of a off put as its such a long day but you understand why to try beat all the other tour groups.
Would recommend this trip so highly, gutted its all over.

Would have been excellent if Saigon hotel had not been changed to one of lesser quality without warning or explanation.

Hotel change spoiled Saigon experience. Hanoi, Ha Long Bay and Hoi An were excellent.

I do think the Cambodia add-on should have been treated as a proper 'group' tour

I cannot fault Wendy Wu tours, this was our 2nd holiday with them, the first being to China. Everything went as planned and no complaints from my husband and I. Would definitely travel with them again.

It was a full on whirlwind tour with the bonus of Angkor Wat for free. If I had to pick one place which I felt really relaxed in it was Hoi An. We had an excellent experience at a cookery class, very enjoyable. The meals on tour were of good quality, you could not want for anything. The guide was knowledgeable and looked after us very well nothing was too much trouble for him. Overall, if you wish to see Hanoi, Hoi An and Saigon then this tour filled the brief.
