Make your way to Beijing Capital Airport or Beijing railway station. Upon arrival, you will be met by your local guide and transferred to your hotel for a 3-night stay where the rest of your day is at leisure. This morning, visit China's most iconic landmark – the Great Wall. Take a chairlift or cable car to the summit of the Mutianyu section, where you can stroll along the wall and admire the sweeping views. Descend by toboggan or cable car, then visit a jade factory to learn about this treasured stone. Later, enjoy a peaceful walk through the beautiful gardens of the Summer Palace.
Head to Beijing's symbolic heart and stroll across Tiananmen Square into the sprawling magnificence of the Forbidden City. Entering through the Gate of Supreme Harmony you will find a complex full of imperial riches. Later, wander through Nanluoguxiang, one of Beijing's oldest hutongs.
