Visit Wulong National Park on a holiday to China
China's reopening is the news we've all been waiting for and we simply couldn't wait to get back to this sensational destination so we could give you an exclusive inside scoop on what travelling to China is like right now?
Watch the report as we broadcasted LIVE from China.
A district of the Chongqing municipality, and one of Wendy’s favourite highlights, Wulong is home to Wulong National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which has some of the most breath-taking scenery in the world.
See naturally formed stone bridges, narrow gorges and limestone formations, the famous Three Bridges National Park and Fairy Mountain. Part of the Wulong Karst National Geology Park, these 3 unique geological wonders are natural limestone arches, caves until the ground collapsed from underneath them. They are the world’s highest karst bridges, reached either by a glass lift or a hike down into a steep-sided but spectacular ravine. With lush moss underfoot, waterfalls run gently down the gorge’s sides and an atmospheric mist regularly lingers as you explore the area below the bridges; it’s still relatively unknown so a wonderful time to visit!
