I had a professional and prompt response from Cheryl following my initial email to Wendy Wu. She was able to arrange for me to join a friend on their Gems of China tour in September. When I telephoned to finalise my booking I found her to be very efficient, and as she herself had done the very same tour last year, she was able to give me useful advice based on her own experience. Overall the telephone conversation gave me great confidence that I had booked with a caring and extremely professional tour company staffed by people who know what they are doing and care about doing it well.
