We found all members of staff extremely helpful and going that extra mile to help us. We have been loyal Wendy Wu travellers and have always had fantastic adventures from the level of communication to the local guides. Hotels and guest houses have always been of a high standard, They go to places some have never heard of! You have a taste of local culture, cuisine and make memories for a lifetime.

We had one exception on a recent trip to Issyk Kul in Kyrgyzstan where the hotel we stayed at was hosting participants from the Triathlon, which had obviously been planned before. Consequently participants were preparing for the event the next morning and all the pasta and rice along with most of the buffet dinner had been consumed and supplies exhausted. We also had to leave the next morning before closure of the main road. This information should have been shared by the country representatives with Wendy Wu head office so that a change in the itinerary could have been made.

We booked Kyrgyzstan and the World Nomad Games with an itinerary to spend a whole day at the finals of the Nomad Games followed by the closing ceremony in the evening. Only to be told the evening before that they had not got us tickets for the final games so we did not see any of the Nomad Games! Extremely disappointing to say the least.

I had a good trip over all!
But the disappointment of not seeing the end of Nomad Games finals etc
was a let down for all of us. The closing ceremony was ok, but to have everyone else talking about a great time had who we spoke to, has been a let down for us! So sad to have lost our tour guide at the start of our tour, due to illness. But was replaced with another excellent guide called
AZIZA who done us proud at short notice. some of us had a few niggles with no hot water, but sorted for the next day. Eating arrangements were
good, but some of our other passengers didn,t seem impressed.
Apart from that, all went well! I enjoyed the adventure once more.

Very disappointing we did not see the Games!!!

Eagle/yurt experience super plus Guide no 3 excellent .

Booking online was easy and straight forward.

Looked after from time of meeting up. All sightseeing, meals and hotels included. When we were at an airport over a mealtime we were given money to pay for a meal. Excellent guides and memorable experiences.
Last hotel room disappointing as very bijou with no room for an open suitcase. I slept with my case on the bed with me!!

Had various questions regarding a 21-day Silk Road trip for May 2027.
Natasha answered all questions professionally and in part based on her own personal knowledge.
She advised that she would need to refer to the local, guide on one question (the state of some of the roads) which could take 24-hours before responding. A detailed response followed well within that timeframe.

Excellent advisor (Julia) in Wendy Wu HQ. Booking on phone was simple. Needed a couple of questions answered so chose to book by phone rather than online.

A bit of a hiccup on day one of the first Ecuador trip created, which I feel sure was rectified on later tours, but otherwise perfect on each and every tour that I have done; China; Japan x 2; Ecuador + Galapagos; Vietnam [though here, too much regarding the war and not enough beautiful scenery for my liking, but fabulous boat trip down the Mekong and in Halong Bay]; and most recently Uzbekistan. I have also booked next year in Kyrgyzstan with Wendy Wu. and have wishes for future trips that Wendy Wu do. They look after you throughout the day from Breakfast through Evening Meal and as I get older, I feel the need for the reassurance and trust they give me.

Have just booked a holiday tour and can't fault the responsiveness, professionalism and ease of booking. Obviously not been on the holiday yet so can't comment on that but the booking process is easy, smooth and the on line account is easy to use.

Easy to navigate website. I managed without any difficulties to book tour to Kyrgyzstan for the end of August. Could choose flying either economy or business class. As price was very good I chose business class as it a long flight.
