"We are never satisfied until you come back and travel with us again" - Wendy Wu, Founder & Chairwoman

At Wendy Wu Tours, we want to know what you think about the service you receive when you book with us and what you thought about your tour itself. It's this vital information that helps us to improve in the future.

With this in mind, we have teamed up with independent review company feefo. Once you have made a booking or returned from one of our tours, you'll receive an email from feefo asking you to rate your experience with us.

We then display these reviews right here, completely untouched by us, so you can trust them 100%.

Why Feefo?

Unlike almost every other review site, Feefo only collects reviews from customers who have completed a purchase meaning the reviewer can be linked to a real booking or customer record and you have far less chance of fake reviews

We also have more fantastic reviews from around the globe on TripAdvisor, including many 5 star!

Our Tour: Good

We both enjoyed our your of Uzbekistan, a fascinating and historic country. Plenty of historic monuments to see.
The people are in the main very welcoming and friendly towards tourists and we always felt safe, even wandering out on our own at night.
Wendy Wu offered a tour that gave an insight to both the modern and historic sights.
If I had one moan about the tour it was the lack of audio equipment provided by Wendy Wu, especially as there were 27 of us. Our guide did his best but at times it was impossible to hear him, which was unfortunate.
All the hotels were comfortable and modern with most supplying good quality toiletries and reliable wifi.

I first contacted them by email and got a quick reply from a real person, giving me the information I needed without pushing me to decide before I was ready to book. When I did phone to book, i was passed to the same person who could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I have been very pleased with the service so far.

Fantastic country. Rich culture and history. Amazing architecture. Warm and friendly people. We had a knowledgable guide in Babur.
Downsides are the often poor toilet facilities.
