Our guide Jay on the Wonders of China tour -19th September to 5th October 2025- was fantastic,.He could not have been more attentive and any questions or issues were addressed without question. From the start of the trip to the end was seamless. I would fully recommend this trip to anyone and if they were lucky enough to have Jay as a Tour guide then that would be a bonus !!!

Ticked almost everything on the bucket list for China. It helped that all of guides were excellent and adjusted the tour based on the groups suggestions. Visited Great Wall, Bejing sites, Xian and the Terracota Army, Guilin and Li river Shanghai and much more. Great introduction to chinese food from the regions.

Really excellent tour. Visited all the iconic sights and places in China. Covered an amazing area of the country helped by bullet train and internal flights so this tour didn’t feel as strenuous as tours I have been on before with other operators. Wendy Wu and our lovely Chinese guide were extremely organised. I think China should be on everyone’s bucket list and I would have no hesitation in recommending Wendy Wu as the best company to travel with. Good standard of hotels and restaurants. Great value.

Value for money. Excellent tour. Really full itinerary and extremely well looked after. We had an amazing tour guide known as Eddie Lau, he looked after us so, so well. Everything was so well organised and efficient. We were fed well and went to all sorts of places. The hotels were of good quality. Would use Wendy Wu again.

An absolutely wonderful holiday from start to finish. Felt safe, well cared for, comfortable and everything was though of. The guide, Raymond was outstanding. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly with fantastic English. Could not have asked for more. The country and the excursions were well planned and great fun. Highly recommended!

Well organised, packed in a lot in 14 days.
All of the trips , hotels and travel delivered on what was promised in the brochure - nothing was a disappointment.

National guide Raymond was wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable, informative, flexible and bent over backwards to make sure that each member of the party had a fantastic trip - can't praise him highly enough.

Excellent guides, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

Content of tour is very good, it covers all major sites, but felt too much is squeezed into the time allocated resulting in long and very tiring days. This relates primarily to the first few days in Beijing and Xi’an. The tour from the Yangtze through to Shanghai was perfect.

You need to be very aware of the physical requirements of this tour particularly if you are of more mature years as we had an elderly person who struggled to keep up and actually missed out as he couldn’t do some of trip..
