Our tours are generally more expensive year-on-year. We have been working hard behind the scenes negotiating the best rates for your next holiday and we are seeing strong demand already for 2022 & 2023 holidays which will be bookable at 2021 prices with us if your tour is like-for-like.
We are not charging any Wendy Wu Tours amendment fees. Please note there may be third party charges (e.g – airlines, hotels, etc) which we can check for you on a case-by-case basis.
Alternatively, we will supply you with a Wendy Wu Tours Travel Credit.
We understand that travel plans may be uncertain right now. Therefore, we can offer you Wendy Wu Tours travel credit for when you are in a position to rebook.
This travel credit can be used towards any destination that Wendy Wu Tours features and is valid for you to depart the UK up to and including 31 December 2023 (subject to the airlines amendment policy on your booking).
We understand that some of our clients may prefer to receive a full refund and we can certainly consider this. Please contact us and we will discuss this with you in more detail
Wendy Wu Tours have decided to relax the balance due dates for any bookings. The final balance payment will now be due 6 weeks prior to departure.
If you have booked through a Travel Agent, you will need to double check with them in regard to your agreed payment terms.
Wendy Wu Tours have been a secure global business for 25 years and, thanks to prudent financial management, look forward to the future with the utmost confidence. If you are concerned about the extremely unlikely event of our financial failure - any monies paid to Wendy Wu Tours or your travel agent are financially protected through ATOL and ABTA schemes.
At this time, we recommend waiting until 6 weeks prior to your departure date before looking into applying for your visa.
Wendy Wu Tours are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our passengers, working with our airline partners to take adequate measures to protect you from contracting and spreading COVID-19, in accordance with legal requirements and government guidelines. Our vaccination policy mirrors that of our airline partners, and of the host destination, and is part of our overall COVID safety policy to ensure a safe travelling environment. All passengers travelling with Wendy Wu Tours will be required, by our airline partners, to present their COVID-19 credentials in digital or paper format to help prove their vaccination status and / or evidence of a recent COVID test.
Individual passengers are responsible for any charges for testing, vaccination and / or cancellation fees arising from passengers unable to provide the required evidence. As the safety and wellbeing of our passengers is our number one priority, it is a requirement that our key staff on tour must be either fully vaccinated or can provide a negative test result before meeting our passengers.
Vaccination against COVID-19 is an important tool in helping to prevent infection and reduce hospitalisation. In accordance with public health advice, and as an integral part of our health and safety measures, we strongly encourage all passengers and staff to participate in ongoing vaccination programmes, where it is safe to do so.
