The service in Buenos Aires Puerto Madryn Calafate was first class. Rio had issues with who delivered the tour and the quality of English spoken. Bariloche we were not picked up. We had money requested for tours and our departure was a mess. Iguazu we were given a group tour when it should have been private.

Didn't come through with the holiday I'd booked and paid for!

Product :

Holiday cancelled after I'd paid the balance due. An experience I don't want to go through again. And to top it all I'm getting emails from Wendy Wu every few hours asking me to tell everyone how much I enjoyed my holiday. That's perverse!

Very good, but a bit different to their other tours. This one had only 8 participants and the guides were all local so we had 4 different ones. In Argentina they were very good - all women, informative and fun. In Rio de Janeiro though our main guide was not good, he seemed to want to have as little to do with us as possible except when it came to eating large meals from the buffet and accompanying us to the airport to get his tip. I didn't give him one as I found his views somewhat repugnant. We did have a another guide on our jeep tour of Rio and he was lovely
