At Wendy Wu Tours, we want to know what you think about the service you receive when you book with us and what you thought about your tour itself. It's this vital information that helps us to improve in the future.

Wonderful, friendly service from the team at the roadshow at Tunbridge Wells on 20th Jan 2026. A very informative presentation to highlight a few of the places available with Wendy Wu. Space created to enable questions to be asked and the team were available to discuss any travel plans and to book a tour after the presentation.
Beau was very helpful in answering my questions and it was great to finally meet her having had numerous conversations regarding previous tours.
The Destinations Show is great to visit, but for me, the smaller setting of the roadshow was a much nicer experience.

Absolutely stellar service from Joe D, exceptional advice and listened to us about what was important on the two big trips we wanted to consider. We looked online first and saw what we quite liked but then he suggested a different option we hadn’t considered for both India and SE Asia, which have ticked every box. Just about came in on budget whilst delivering far more than we thought we could achieve, he wasn’t pushy, just super helpful and offered great advice. We have looked at a great number of tour companies supposedly specialising in these areas but all “told us” what we should do which didn’t hit all (or even some) of our wishes mostly by pushing what they wanted to sell and not listening properly. Wendy Wu and Joe ticked every box and even as highly experienced and mature travellers I don’t think we’ve ever received such good service, I would highly recommend you give them a try and ask for Joe D. Happy travels!!

Arti has been really helpful with my latest booking. Giving me time and space to make the right holiday choices.
I have now booked 4 trips with Wendy Wu for the following reasons;
First trip to Borneo was faultless. The tour director Wayne created a memorable trip for all of us, and a year on, all of us remain in contact. The mix of restaurants/cafes chosen was just right , the food was good everywhere. Wayne was calm and professional in all situations and as a result I felt confident to go ahead and book further trips.
Nikki in the flights department has been exceptional, re my trip to Indonesia. She has delivered a personalised service for a very fair and reasonable price.
Overall I would say Wendy Wu has got it right on every level; varied tours, good quality accommodation and meals, backed up by an approachable back office that treat you fairly and give good value for money.

The best priced holiday for India that I could find, as a solo traveller. I asked what airline they were using for this holiday and when I heard it was BA, I asked if I could fly Virgin instead. They instantly accommodated me and got me great seats on my upgrade.
