Very helpful and spent a good deal of time helping me with flight upgrade options. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars was that some of the tour details sent were incorrect as they had not been updated for the 2023 tour.

My third trip with Wendy Wu.
The time given and knowledge about the tours on offer is made very personal to each enquiry ensuring that each booking is well within what each holiday maker is expecting and often far more.
There is no feel of pressure put upon the enquirer to confirm a booking which makes one feel comfortable with their decisions when made.

This was my third holiday with Wendy Wu and as with the other two i enjoyed it very much. There were only sixteen in the group plus the tour director so it seemed like a large family. Although i was travelling alone people were friendly and made me feel welcome.

Product :

Lovely holiday, different modes of transport - mini bus, train and boat. Bankok but also unspoilt countryside. Lots of different temples, a visit to an elephant sanctuary, cruising on the Mekong and the friendly gentle people. Highlights include visiting the Hill Tribe village and also taking part in the Buddhist ceremony of Takbat. The tour director in Laos was excellent,he went out of his way to please us.

Excellent tour and national guide, the only disappointment was the transfer from the airport to the hotel in Bangkok. Would definitely travel with Wendy Wu Tours again.
