Able to sort out problems efficiently, no hassle, excellent service

Good information about flights, hotels, visa etc. very knowledgeable and friendly advice.

I've travelled in two Wendy Wu small group tours. Vietnam in 2016 and most recently India in April 2024. The itineraries were comprehensive, the hotels and meals of a very good standard and the guides - National and local - superb. I travelled in a group of 28 people to India - a great mix of Brits, Irish, Aussies and Kiwis which really made the trip extra special. Everything is arranged - the only extras you need are money for any drinks, for shopping and some of the optional extras offered like shows or additional excursions. You don't have to do the add-ons as the standard tour is already very comprehensive including excursions but eg in the India tour - the night tour of Jaipur by Jeep and the show at Agra about the the origins of the Taj Mahal were both great and worth the small extra. Any small issues were quickly resolved by the excellent National guide - for India our National Guide was the ever smiling Vishal. A fair number of long bus rides in India but I loved that as it gave me plenty of opportunity to observe the real India as we drove through. I dont think I'll ever quite get over the sight of cows casually strolling everywhere even down the middle of busy roads or how Indian girls manage to sit side saddle on a moped in a sari and not fall off! Coaches were all of an excellent standard as were the drivers - especially the cool, calm Mr Singh who navigated us safely through the Indian road system and some tight parking spots to get us right to the hotel door. Booking was easy, getting visa simple and the itinerary produced by Wendy Wu was very comprehensive. All I had to do was enjoy the trip and the spectacle of India, take literally 100's of photos and not have to worry about getting from A-Z . Thoroughly recommend Wendy Wu as I've two absolutely fantastic and memorable group tours to Vietnam and India now - and Ive just booked a Japan group tour for March 2025. Cannot wait to Wu again!

That morning in the post, i had received a flyer from Wendy Wu featuring reductions on Single Supplements. There was a trip I had been considering to Vietnam and Cambodia but had not made any firm choice of company. It seemed a good opportunity to progress this idea. Later that morning I telephoned WW and very quickly got through to an agent. He was able to confirm that there was a trip available in the period I wanted and did have 50% off the single supplement. He was also very pleasant to deal with. I had not research the WW brochure or web site in advance because I have traveled with them twice before, India and Japan, and these had both been in my list of top three holidays. Without further hesitation I booked the trip I wanted, all within a 15 minute phone call.
What more could they have done to further enhance their service, sense 5 Stars.

A wonderful trip to see the beauty of Vietnam and experience the friendliness of its people. Our guide, Wy, made sure that everyone in our group was looked after and had the best experience. I've come home with many special memories that will last a lifetime. From seeing life on the Mekong, scooters in Ho Chi Ming City and Hanoi, the blooms of Dalat, the vibrancy of Hoi An, the majesty of Hue, the wonder of Ha Long Bay, many historic sites both ancient and modern and so much more in between.

Called with a query prior to booking on to one of their tours. Natasha was extremely helpful, answering all my queries and looking at and explaining different flight options. She then proceeded to book the tour for me. Absolutely fantastic service.

I’m yet to actually go on holiday but I gave been impressed with the fact that mJapanese holiday that gad been cancelled last year because of Covid was carried forward to this year at the same price. Not many companies would honour previous years price.
