At Wendy Wu Tours, we want to know what you think about the service you receive when you book with us and what you thought about your tour itself. It's this vital information that helps us to improve in the future.

With this in mind, we have teamed up with independent review company feefo. Once you have made a booking or returned from one of our tours, you'll receive an email from feefo asking you to rate your experience with us.

We then display these reviews right here, completely untouched by us, so you can trust them 100%.

Could not be more helpful. We booked through Dedtinations. The lady at the desk was great at providing us with info. After some thought, we opted to book and were sorted by Chris (Friday show). Although he was selling us a holiday, he was very very helpful; funny without being over the top. I had to speak to a lady in the office to give personal details. She was also excellent too. Altogether it was an excellent experience and i would recommend Wendy Wu to others

We met John at the Olympia travel show. We went through our requirements and he came up with the best tour for us. The experience was very relaxed and jovial. So far (not going until next year) everything has been fine and we are hoping things stay that way over the coming months.

great attention to detail in finding the tour which included the greatest number of the places my Japanese friend had recommended I visit and then real effort to find the best possible deal on business class flights. I want to China with Wendy Wu tours last year which was Superbad I have every confidence this year's trip to Japan will be up to the same very high standard

We have travelled with Wendy Wu previously. They are amazingly helpful and just take all the stress out of booking trips of a lifetime. I had to ring several times to ask questions and they were always more than happy to help. I primarily dealt with Liz this time and she was amazing. The trips are not cheap but still excellent value for money when everything is taken into account. I would definitely recommend traveling with them.
