Explore India

India is one of those destinations that stays with you long after you've come home. From the moment you arrive, it engages every sense - the colour, the noise, the scent of spices in a busy market, the sheer scale of ancient monuments that have stood for centuries. You'll journey through a country that has been shaping civilisation for thousands of years, with national guides and local experts on hand to bring it all to life. Whether you're exploring the grand monuments of the Golden Triangle or drifting through the backwaters of Kerala, India is endlessly fascinating - and every bit as rewarding as you hoped it would be.

Unwind After Your Tour

After so much to see and take in, the beach feels like exactly the right way to end your holiday. India's Arabian Sea coastline is warm, beautiful, and full of character - and you'll have two wonderful options to choose from. Kovalam offers a tranquil, sheltered bay in the heart of Kerala, where the pace is gentle and the scenery is stunning. Goa brings something livelier - a stretch of coastline steeped in history and colour, where great food, warm seas, and a relaxed atmosphere make it very easy to forget you ever had a schedule to keep.

Kovalam

Kovalam

Kovalam sits at the very tip of India in the lush, tropical state of Kerala - and it's the kind of beach that feels like a genuine discovery, even if you've been travelling for days to get there. It's centred around the famous Lighthouse Beach, a sheltered crescent of golden sand watched over by a striped lighthouse that has become something of a local landmark. The Arabian Sea here is warm and calm, perfect for swimming, and the resort strip is pleasingly compact - characterful and authentically Kerala rather than generic beach holiday.

You'll find it very easy to settle into a rhythm here. Mornings in the water, afternoons in the shade, evenings at one of the beachfront restaurants with fresh seafood and a view of the sun going down over the sea. Kerala is the home of Ayurvedic wellness, and treatments are widely available if you fancy something restorative. The nearby fishing village of Vizhinjam is worth a short walk - brightly painted boats, a working harbour, and a slice of local life that feels completely genuine. Kovalam is, at heart, a place to stop, breathe, and simply enjoy being where you are.

Goa

Goa

Goa is one of a kind - a destination shaped by 500 years of Portuguese colonial history, where whitewashed Baroque churches sit alongside Hindu temples and the beach is always just around the corner. Arriving here after an immersive Indian tour, you'll find a place that surprises you, not by leaving India behind, but by showing you a completely different, wonderfully relaxed side of it.

The beaches run the full length of the coastline, and there's something for everyone - quieter, more secluded coves in the north, livelier and more social stretches further south. The Arabian Sea is warm and inviting, and the days have a natural rhythm of their own: swim, eat, explore, repeat. Old Goa's UNESCO-listed Baroque churches are genuinely astonishing against a tropical backdrop, and the Saturday Night Market at Arpora is a brilliant evening out. But there's no pressure to do any of it - in Goa, the only real expectation is that you enjoy yourself.
