This incentive programme celebrates the hard work of you, our fantastic Agent partners, and in return rewards you with a host of sensational goodies.
Make your way up our Wendy Wu Advocate leaderboard to become a Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze Agent each time you make a booking.
At the end of each quarter you'll be notified of your place on the leaderboard along with your Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze status.

Applies to new bookings confirmed with Wendy Wu Tours between 01/01/2026 and 31/12/2026. Advocate status is communicated at the end of each quarter and is based on bookings year to date. Your final Advocate status will be communicated once Q4 is complete, and your status will be based on the cumulative sales for the year. Your Advocate rewards will be redeemable once your final Advocate status for the year has been communicated after Q4.
Incentive payment will be made the following month of booking depending on Advocate status from the previous quarter. This will be paid in the form of Love2Shop vouchers and sent to the email address the booking is registered to. Advocate incentive is not combinable with any other incentive scheme.
Rewards within the scheme are awarded on an agency/branch/homeworker basis. Multiple branches/homeworkers are not permitted to “pool” bookings.
The details of Wendy Wu’s agent Fam Trip will be communicated to eligible agents at the end of the year depending on status. Platinum status agents will automatically be offered a place, with Gold, Silver and Bronze on a reserve list dependent on availability. Agents who are offered a place on a Fam Trip will be required to complete all modules of the WUniversity prior to departure and a registration form for eligability. All rooms are on a twin share basis.
Agent Concession subject to availability and commercially viable and will be approved by product manager.
It is the responsibility of the recipient of the incentive voucher to ensure that amounts received are declared and the HMRC regulations are adhered to.
Wendy Wu Tours Loyalty Scheme rewards customers for qualifying purchases made. By joining or using the Scheme, members agree to the terms and conditions.
Customer Event - agent to collaborate with BDM to agree date, venue and cost to be approved by both parties in advance. Agent to promote the event using the other party’s name and branding solely in connection with the event and subject to prior approval.
Wendy Wu Tours reserve the right to make amendment to the scheme and will have the final decision in the event of any changes.
