Typhoon Mangkhut is heading towards Hong Kong this weekend, with the closest approach expected on Sunday, 16 September 2018. This is likely to have an impact on airport operations in Hong Kong which may result in some flights being delayed or cancelled.
Our advice is to proceed to the airport as normal for your booked flight shown on your e-tickets.
Should your flight be cancelled, then the airline will re-book you onto the next available service. Hong Kong airport will be very busy but the staff at the airport are excellent and are experienced with dealing with Typhoons.
At present Wendy Wu Tours are unable to change any flights due to the airline taking full control of your booking. The airline has a responsibility to get you to your final destination and may use a number of different airlines and routings to achieve this.
If your flight is changed and you have new flight information to provide us, then either contact your guide. The contact details can be found on your hotel list or alternatively email our Emergency team on email@example.com or call them on 07984 041 625.
Our partners in Asia are also monitoring your flight bookings for any updates.
