This tour was a wonderful adventure through Cambodia and Vietnam. So many new experiences very different to what we are accustomed to. The hotels and food were generally very good and our tour guides were very friendly and informative with everything running like clockwork. The 'historic' visits covering the Cambodian Killing Fields and the Vietnam War were covered in an informative and sensitive manner. The 'cultural' visits included an overnight stay on the amazing Halong Bay and a visit to the enchanting and relaxing Hoi An. We were impressed with Phnom Penh, more so than Saigon, although a highlight of the latter was dinner in the dark at the Noir Restaurant. And we didn't want the tuk-tuk and cyclo rides to end. The four day cruise down the Mekong was relaxing and included some interesting visits to observe life along the river. The boat itself was very nice.

All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our third Wendy Wu Tour (after China and Egypt) and would highly recommend.

I recently completed a wonderful group tour of Vietnam with Wendy Wu Tours, which I booked direct. The package was all-inclusive, covering all flights, accommodation, transfers, sightseeing, and meals. It was incredibly convenient, as I only had to manage my own travel to and from my local airport and drinks.

Wendy and our national tour guide, Duc, managed every detail perfectly to ensure the trip was memorable and that we experienced the best of Vietnam. This was my second trip with this company, having previously traveled with them to China over ten years ago.

The booking process was excellent. We booked our trip at the Destinations travel show and despite the stand being busy our adviser Keith was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We were able to book the whole trip, including flights upgrades and options all in one visit.
We have subsequently received email confirmation which matches exactly what we understood we had booked.
Hopefully the holiday itself will be as good as the services we have received up until now.

I contacted Wendy Wu Tours on 30/01/26 to enquire about information on maybe booking a holiday? Before i knew what was happening, the holiday was booked & paid in full!!! Flights, transfers, hotels, meals and visa all included!!! It may well be in the small print somewhere ~ but no mention that i couldn’t cancel without incurring a 30% cancellation fee the moment my call ended 🤬🤬. I received an email on 02/02/26 informing me that i need to sort my own visa!!!!!! I rang Wendy Wu tours asking for help with regards to the visa (as i don’t have access to a computer and printer) and the response from Lucy “well if you want to cancel it is in the small print in the brochure”!!!!!!!
So three days after booking i am now told that i could cancel and lose 30% of my money paid ~ just 3 days later and the ever so sympathetic (NOT!!!!!), Lucy can only tell me it’s “in the small print”!!!! After reading the letter again; Dear “name” thanks for booking, “WE WILL BE WITH YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY”!!!! I am certainly not happy 😡 with this behaviour and had i known beforehand about their behaviour, i definitely wouldn’t have booked a holiday through this company!!!!!!! Sorting out my visa application is a nightmare, made worse by my lack of a computer and my lack of confidence, but knowing that they are there “every step of the way” ~ that’s a joke, i could end up being out of pocket by hundreds and hundreds of pounds 🤬😡🤬😡

Warm welcome when I approached the stand. Once I explained what I wanted I was introduced to Kieth who listened to my requirements showed me the brochure for China. I agreed the tour I wanted and he explained the costs and dates available. Once this was set I explained that I wanted to travel business class and he contacted Matt who provided the costs and times of travel. In a very shirt while I had the date and time of travel plus the type of travel that I wanted. All the above made for a good experience and met my needs hence my agreed booking.

We made an inquiry about a trip to China in 2027. The agent was able to detail all the information needed and answer all the questions we had regarding the trip we were interested in. The agent was able to book the trip, we put down the deposit and completed all our details very efficiently.

Always courteous and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The London based teams are particularly keen to ensure a speedy service and in my experience, always place the customer first.

great attention to detail in finding the tour which included the greatest number of the places my Japanese friend had recommended I visit and then real effort to find the best possible deal on business class flights. I want to China with Wendy Wu tours last year which was Superbad I have every confidence this year's trip to Japan will be up to the same very high standard
