At Wendy Wu Tours, we want to know what you think about the service you receive when you book with us and what you thought about your tour itself. It's this vital information that helps us to improve in the future.

We then display these reviews right here, completely untouched by us, so you can trust them 100%.

Jo was a extremely polite mannered, very confident, answered all my questions/concerns, he came across as been a professional and experienced travel agent, reassuring me that Wendy Wu had a dedicated team that could deal with any queries at any time, valid information about my holiday was sent with my confirmation of booking. The responses from the chat site were not as rapid as I expected but once we talked on the phone, my questions were answered fully with various suggestions. I was able to recheck information and select aspects of the trip which mattered.

Despite a typhoon accompanying us on holiday the tour guide managed to keep us all safe, fed and accommodated without much fuss in Vietnam November 2025. The changes in schedule were a shame but Loc's experience and enthusiasm made for an interesting holiday. The Mekong cruise was wonderful and Cambodia is such a beautiful country, albeit with a challenging recent history. Bunvath is a charming and sensitive guide, we were lucky to have both Loc and Bun.

The telephone conversations with Jade Moore were very good. The email offer for the holiday gave flight options and a final price, but did not detail the whole package. Our understanding of the package was based solely on the internet information.
Our request for a brochure did not materialise, despite receiving a confirmation email.

Excellent service from Mark. He was professional and knowlegeable and took time to find good flights at the right price. I was impressed by his expertise and good humour when taking my booking. If only other companies hada Mark we would ll be a little less stress when booking!
