Our Tour: Good

Services and tourist guides are very good. The scenery and tour sites are marvellous but the cuisines needs to getting to. Maybe a bit more plain and less spicy food will suit the western stomache. Did have stomach problems for the first few days. Food is generally to spicy and oily.

Too much packed into the time we had. Guide was first class.
Food , most enjoyable but a bit “samey” by the end.
Hotels out of this world and opulent!!S Spotless and great heated toilet seats with music!!
Feel v. privileged to have see terra cotta warriors and the Great Wall.
Sadly, my husband and I have been ill since we returned. He has got bronchitis and I have a nasty virus. We are mending slowly!

Overall a good mix of very busy days sightseeing in China + some downtime on the cruise. Tour guide in China was probably the best we have ever had. Locals guides varied from okay to excellent.

The initial purchase process was easy, and the itinerary appeared to cover the best sights/sites to be seen, bearing in mind that Taroko National Park was devastated by earthquake/mud slides last year.
We did see one unique sight: a temple destroyed by earthquake a few years ago - amazing ! We also learnt about the indigenous (non-Chinese) population, and saw several associated events/sites - this was all new to me.
The organisation of the tour was impeccable, as I have come to expect from previous Wendy Wu tours.
The food was good, varied and interesting., and our transport, by local coach, worked perfectly.
Our tour manager / guide, Tai, spoke good English and was very informative, amusing & attentive.

I would highly recommend Wendy Wu tours , they are very well organised . The tour of Japan was excellent with the guide being very well informed and she went the extra mile , providing us with her favourite snacks to try , cooling wipes and giving us a lot of information about Japanese culture and history .

Excellent holiday- first class all the way. From flights to hotels and river cruise could not fault it. Would recommend Wendy Wu to everyone. Best of treatment, knowledgeable guides for the full holiday, nothing to worry about as everything was taken care of from start to finish. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. A wonderful, although intensive, trip around Turkey. Amazing history visiting many iconic sites. Particularly the two visits to families in villages for authentic lunches and to experience Turkish hospitality. Not to forget the amazing scenery in Coppadocia.

Great holiday very well organized. Hotels and restaurants were also very good. When not eating at the hotel all restaurants were pre. arranged so there was no hanging about for tables.
The guide on our tour was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Only one negative thing is that our holiday was in September and some things were beginning to close down for the end of the season. But on the positive side there were no long queues. I would recommend that you tried a Wendy Woo holiday.

Fantastic Holiday with Wendy Wu Made even better by our excellent guide Edward without him we would have been stuck in Machupicu for 3 days, he managed somehow to get all 17 of us on the last train out before strike. What a great guy definitely recommend him for anyone looking to tour Peru

Intense but enjoyable touring holiday the main tour guide who travelled with you was very knowledgeable and nothing was to much of a problem
Also the local tour guide who joined us at each stop had a lot of local knowledge of that perticular area
The show at the Chinese restaurant was spectacular with the laser lights and the show was just not limited to the stage they moved around the restaurant
