I have traveled with Wendy Wu several times and their staff have always been very helpful, accommodating, efficient and cheerful
I keep going back to them because their tours are well planned, and the itinerary is just what I am after - their tour managers and local tour guides have not been bettered by other companies

Review for Christmas in South Africa

On the whole this was an amazing trip, marred but a disappointing Christmas Day. What was supposed to be a trip highlight turned out to be a fly-ridden starter, followed by a cold roast dinner and an OK dessert. All served next to the toilet! There were tables available in the restaurant that would have accommodated us. Looking at the reviews, it looks like the Vineyard only puts tours by the smelly toilets!
