This extension is suitable for those who wish to uncover the incredible history of Macao. This extension is private and therefore not all meals are included, which gives you the opportunity to occasionally select your own dining venue, allowing you to immerse further into Macao's unique Chinese-Portuguese culture.

  • Day 1

    Hong Kong to Macao

    Day 1 Hong Kong to Macao

    Take the ferry from Hong Kong to Macao. Upon arrival, your guide will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. The rest of day is at leisure.

  • Day 2

    Macao

    Day 2 Macao

    Enjoy a half day city tour seeing sights such as the Ruins of St. Paul's, Mount Fortress and enjoy a guided walk around The Historic Centre of Macao. When the tour ends make you own way back to your hotel, continue exploring or (at an extra cost) take in The House of Dancing Water show.

  • Day 3

    Depart Macao

    Day 3 Depart Macao

    Enjoy a day at leisure to further explore Macao and the southern islands of Taipa and Coloane until you board your ferry to return to Hong Kong.
